This extraordinary whole home renovation was both a massive remodel and a historical building preservation. Built in 1928, this grand estate required specialized consideration while it underwent a thoughtful combination of conservation and modernization. Along with complete remodeling, we added a detached guesthouse with a large carriage house garage, constructed a full outdoor kitchen, converted the basement to a state of the art movie theater and home gym, erected an Olympic size tennis court, and placed over 20,000 square feet of pavers, just to name a few of the countless upgrades made over the course of several years spent perfecting this estate.
